  • Abstract:

In order to improve the monitoring efficiency of Nanjing Port offshore vessels and improve coastal management capabilities. Designed and implemented a UDP-based remote image web monitoring system for Nanjing Port offshore vessels. The system uses GPRS/UDP technology to transmit the ship image of the offshore to the server in real time, establishes the client and the visual monitoring terminal, and the ship monitoring personnel enters the WEB monitoring platform with different permissions. System modules such as network viewing, scheduling, and monitoring terminals monitor and process offshore ship image data, and add an automatic alarm module based on density ratio to realize intelligent early warning of offshore ship density; The system is applied in the monitoring point at the entrance of Nanjing Port. The experiment shows that the system realizes remote monitoring and intelligent warning of ship image and achieves good results.
