    Computer programming is the science and engineering students basic discipline of professional learning and project development, program design courses such as C language design, JAVA, Matlab, C++ have powerful computing ability and logical thinking ability, theses courses have the characteristics of difficult teaching and practical application, the current teaching mode cannot meet the objective needs of quality the teaching methods of teaching practice. The teaching practice reform method of programming course is proposed based on Computational Thinking, the method of literature research, survey research method, case study method of three methods of teaching practice are used for computer programming, for different teaching objects, the specific content of the teaching goal and the teaching design of different types of courses and cases. The use of teaching computer programming practice paper application, programming logic thinking exercise in computational thinking mode. Finally, a case study is carried out, and the actual computer programming teaching and software development case are used to analyze the teaching practice, with practical teaching, students can improve the learning effect of program design courses, train students' good logic programming ideas, improve students' practical skills in programming design, and improve teaching quality.
