    For a long time, the focus of our society is the problem of the employment of university students. The number of students majoring in physical education is rising in a straight line, and the problem of the employment is becoming more and more serious. In this context, the innovation and entrepreneurship of students majoring in physical education has become a hot topic of social concern. The innovation and entrepreneurship of students majoring in physical education started late, and the study on innovation and entrepreneurship of students majoring in physical education was only noticed after 2000. At present, the practicality, guidance and pertinence of research on the innovation and entrepreneurship of students majoring in physical education is weak, thus to study the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship of students majoring in physical education in the perspective of neuropsychological field is necessary. This paper expounds the significance and background of studying the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship for the students of physical education major, and analyzes the importance and necessity of the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship of physical education major to individuals, society and the country. The factors affecting the innovation and entrepreneurship of students majoring in physical education is analyzed, and the ways of employment and entrepreneurship are put forward. The AHP method is used to build an evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship for students majoring in physical education at the student level, school level, teacher level, teaching level and leadership level. The significant coefficient of the index is obtained by the case study method, the literature method, the expert interview method and the logical analysis method, and the significance of the selection index is verified by the significant coefficient. Through the evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship of physical education students, this paper evaluates the innovative and entrepreneurial behavior of the students majoring physical education, and puts forward the methods and strategies to promote the innovation and entrepreneurship of the students majoring physical education according to the results of the evaluation.
