  • Abstract: In the past, the single-manufacturer and single-sale dual-channel supply chain task assignment model in the business environment has the problem of low allocation accuracy. The logistics dual-channel supply chain emergency task allocation method considering service timeliness is proposed. Analyze the optimal price and profit of the dual-channel supply chain under the centralized strategy and the decentralized strategy. From the perspective of the allocation model construction, study the implementation of the allocation strategy based on the model, and make the dual-channel supply chain reach a coordinated business distribution strategy. Therefore, the emergency task assignment of the service-time logistics dual-channel supply chain is realized. The experimental comparison results show that the highest allocation accuracy of this method can reach 95%, which can achieve a win-win situation among members of the supply chain.
