    With the development of sports industry, the importance of sports organizations is getting higher and higher. Therefore, the learning and development of sports organizations deserve further study. Starting from the influence of individual and organization from learning and development, this article makes a concrete analysis through the theory of learning and development and the traditional learning cycle. Thus, the author summarizes and comments on the existing learning and development mechanism in sports organization.
