First of all, transform teachers 'teaching concepts, students' employment concepts, and parents 'educational concepts, and use the method of building a relatively complete innovation and entrepreneurship teaching system to create a good entrepreneurial environment for students, while increasing local government support for college students' entrepreneurship. Secondly, based on the above-mentioned Tibetan university students' self-employment education model, the analysis of entrepreneurial talent training methods is carried out from four aspects: talent training objectives, professional discipline structure, teacher academic level, and talent training model.
