    The fourth industrial revolution is changing the whole production, distribution and education system profoundly with unprecedented speed, scale and strength. Chinese leaders with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core led China’s education into a new era. The realization of higher education teachers’professional accomplishment in the new era focuses on three dimensions: the government should strengthen the top-level design of evaluation mechanism, schools should establish and improve the long-term mechanism of teachers’ lifelong learning, and teachers should strengthen their own moral sentiment and professional accomplishment.
