  • Abstract:

In order to effectively improve the data aggregation degree of key performance assessment, a new key performance assessment method is proposed based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Focusing on the three indicators of financial staff's work efficiency, financial capital utilization rate, and overall financial operating efficiency. According to the current situation of the enterprise, establish a performance index data flow, and establish a comprehensive analysis model by comprehensively using data envelope method and static tree analysis. Based on the boundary performance value, the index data flow is sampled and extracted, and the fuzzy weighted idea is used to quantify the factor weights to obtain the final fuzzy evaluation to achieve the key performance evaluation. The number of experiments shows that compared with the traditional key performance evaluation method, the designed key performance evaluation method has a 29% increase in the data aggregation degree of the evaluation results, which is more scientific overall.
