• Title: A Study on Effective Communication between Counselor and College Students from the Perspective of “Micro”

• Abstract:

  Taking oujiang college as an example, this survey surveyed 406 college students and 34 counselors, and made statistical analysis of the survey results, and finally put forward 5 suggestions. That is, to improve the quality of counselors as a starting point to shape the personal charm of counselors; To meet the needs of students as the focus to build effective communication between the emotional basis; To expand communication channels as a starting point, promote the two transformation of communication channels; Taking the network resources as the innovation point to realize the breakthrough construction of mainstream media; To strengthen communication skills as a foothold, create a safe atmosphere for the communication environment. To establish good communication between counselors and students is the key to improve the scientific level of counselors ‘work. It is also an important link in the network ideological and political education of colleges and universities in the information wave, and it is of great practical significance to promote the healthy growth of college students.
