    It is of great practical significance and theory significance to study the traffic pollution repair road. In order to solve the problem that the accuracy of traditional extraction method is not high, an automatic selection method of traffic pollution repair road based on POI data is proposed. The monitoring method of traffic road pollution is given, and the law of traffic road pollution is analyzed. On this basis, the abstraction of road network is studied, and the data preprocessing is carried out from the extraction of POI installation points, the reclassification of POI facility points and the stroke pre-construction of road network, and then the automatic selection of traffic pollution repair roads combined with POI data is completed. The experimental results show that the proposed method has high selection accuracy and superior performance.
