    In order to speed up the response speed of network distance education system, Realize the sharing of network education resources, This paper puts forward the design of network distance education system based on ASP under the background of MOOC. Under the background of MOOC, ASP technology is applied to the design of network remote controller and network remote playing server, Completed the hardware design of the system; Through the management of the question bank of the network distance education system and the improved design of the algorithm of the network distance education paper formation, Completed the software design of the system, Realize the design of network distance education system based on ASP. The test results show that, Comparison between ASP based distance education system and arm based distance education system, The response speed of the system is obviously improved.
