  • Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of poor continuity and small monitoring range existing in the traditional online automatic monitoring system of water environment quality in the sailing waters of ships, the optimization design of the monitoring system is realized from three aspects of hardware, database and software function by using LabVIEW tool. In terms of hardware, sensor equipment and ultrasonic ranging equipment are installed to measure parameters such as pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen and turbidity, and wireless communication module and connection circuit of the hardware system are modified. The real-time collected water quality parameter data is stored in the system database according to the type. Under the online operation environment of LabVIEW, the water environment samples of the sailing waters are continuously collected, and through the detection of water environment sample quality, the online continuous automatic quality monitoring function of the system is realized. Through the system test experiment, it is concluded that compared with the traditional monitoring system, the designed monitoring system has significantly reduced the number of interruptions, and has more advantages in the monitoring range.
