  • Abstract:

Medical instruments are essential basic equipment in surgery. In order to avoid serious cross-infection caused by unclean cleaning after use, this paper proposed a method for quality control of medical device cleaning based on standardized process. The study is divided into two parts: the first part studies the cleaning methods of medical devices based on the standardized process, including multi-enzyme manual cleaning method, ultrasonic cleaning method, mechanical spray cleaning method; the second part tested the cleaning quality of the three methods, including 5 times magnifying glass visual inspection, bacteriology test and ATP bioluminescence method. The results showed that the ultrasonic cleaning method was better than the multi-enzyme manual cleaning method and the mechanical spray cleaning method.
