• Abstract:

  the high-quality development of the Yellow River basin plays a very important role in improving the economic benefits and ecological security of the field. Various law enforcement entities have taken a variety of law enforcement measures, and relevant laws have made detailed provisions from the preparation of comprehensive management plans, the implementation of water resources management. However, there are still problems in the rule of law guarantee of the Yellow River basin ecology, such as the incomplete implementation of the management mechanism, the low synergy of departments in the rule of law guarantee, the weak authority of grass-roots law enforcement subjects, and the failure to form an overall legal atmosphere in society. By improving the legal management system of the river basin, improving the cross departmental collaborative governance system of water pollution, optimizing the allocation of rights, strengthening grass-roots law enforcement and encouraging the public to participate in ecological environment protection and law enforcement supervision, we will realize the rectification of pollution prevention measures and the judicial linkage of environmental law enforcement, and promote the ecological health of the Yellow River basin.
