  • Abstract:

In recent years, man-made disasters have occurred frequently in China. How to improve human ability to avoid man-made disasters through targeted sports training is of great significance. Based on the study of the relationship between man-made disaster definition and directional sports training and the ability to evade man-made disasters, 200 students from a college freshmen were tested, and after a one-month orientation sports training, Six basic physical indicators of cardiopulmonary function, muscle strength, flexibility, body composition, psychological stress level, and motor perception were tested in the experimental group. The experimental results show that directed physical training can improve the body's various physical functions, mental state and movement perception, and enhance the ability to avoid man-made disasters.
