  • Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of low accuracy caused by the insufficient ability of image analysis, a rabies virus antibody detection method was designed based on data analysis. The collected rabies virus antibody image is enhanced to reduce the influence of interference or compensate for the factors that degrade the image quality. Match and extract the same organization block, extract the feature information, classify and synthesize the data, generate and fuse the feature vector, and mark the image feature point area based on data analysis. The characteristic region of antibody was recognized, and the detection model of rabies virus antibody was established by convolution neural network algorithm. The parameters are modified by reverse derivation to make the model reach the training accuracy. The test results show that the design method can accurately identify the antibody boundary and position, has good image analysis ability, and improves the detection accuracy.
