• Abstract:

  With the continuous development of social economy and the growing size of enterprises, economic contracts for enterprise security, development is more and more important. Therefore, it is an important task to discuss how to prevent the legal risk in economic contract. This paper mainly analyzes the causes of the legal risk of enterprise economic contract and the importance of preventing the legal risk of enterprise contract, and then puts forward some measures to prevent the legal risk of enterprise economic contract.
