  • Abstract:

In order to improve the transmission control effect of low-frequency signals, the optimization design of the low-frequency signal transmission control system of ship wireless mechanical device is realized from two aspects of hardware and software. Hardware equipment is modified from three parts: low frequency signal collector, signal transmission and transmission controller, so as to optimize the hardware system. With the support of hardware equipment, low-frequency signals generated by wireless mechanical devices of ships are collected and their signal features are extracted. Combined with the analysis results of low-frequency signal transmission mode, the transmission control of low-frequency signal is realized from two aspects of signal itself and transmission path. Through the system test experiment, it is concluded that compared with the traditional signal transmission control system, under the control of the optimized design system, the low-frequency signal quantity of the ship wireless mechanical device is reduced by about 0.15dB, and the signal frequency is greatly reduced, that is, the control effect is more obvious.
