  • Abstract:

In order to improve the economic benefits and safety of oil transportation scheme, the oil transportation safety risk assessment method based on Improved Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is studied. Starting from the three first level indicators of the safety of means of transportation, the safety of transportation routes and the ability of transportation management, combined with 13 second level indicators, this paper constructs the hierarchy of oil transportation safety risk assessment indicators. The judgment matrix is constructed to compare the different evaluation indexes in the hierarchy of evaluation indexes, and the consistency of the judgment matrix is ensured; The entropy weight method is used to improve the subjectivity in the weight vector calculation process of AHP, and the comprehensive weight of both subjective and objective is obtained. Based on the comprehensive weight, the safety risk assessment value of oil transportation is calculated, and the risk level is divided. The experimental results show that on the basis of ensuring the safety of oil transportation, the method can save manpower, material resources, financial resources and time in the process of risk control to a certain extent, and improve the economic benefits of oil transportation.
