    Due to the poor technical performance of the traditional dredger construction method for dredging river embankments, the left and right deviation of the dredger during construction is relatively large, resulting in biased construction tasks. Therefore, a dredger construction method based on the hydraulic dredging and desilting operation system is proposed. The method locates the construction orientation of the dredger according to the comprehensive motion characteristics of the dredger. By clarifying the structural stability of the embankment, the dredger excavation parameters are adjusted. According to different soil types, select the slope slope suitable for construction, set the dredger construction track based on the water conservancy dredging and dredging system, and complete the construction task of digging rivers and embankments with higher accuracy. The test results show that, compared with the traditional dredger construction method, the construction offset of the dredger under the proposed method is smaller, which is in line with the allowable offset range of river dredging and embankment reinforcement. It can be seen that the dredging and desilting effect of this method is better.
