• Abstract:

  As a unit not in external business, the important content of the financial management of colleges and universities is not the income link but the expenditure link. This paper analyzes the actual problems existing in the control of financial expenditure of universities, and then analyzes the existing problems from the perspectives of financial expenditure management system, budget management intensity, bill audit and information management. Through the analysis of the problems combined with the above deficiencies, it is proposed to improve the financial expenditure management system, strengthen the financial budget management, strictly audit the expenditure bills, improve the level of office informatization, and through the above improvement to further solve the deficiencies of financial expenditure control, and lay a foundation for the scientific development of colleges and universities to improve the level of financial expenditure control.
