  • Abstract:

At present, most pregnant women suffer from insomnia in the early and middle stages of pregnancy, and they also tend to increase the risk of gestational diabetes and other health conditions. In order to intervene in the treatment of insomnia in pregnant women, we propose a study on the efficacy of psychological intervention therapy on insomnia in pregnant women in the early and middle stages of pregnancy. Pregnant women meeting the experimental requirements were selected as the subjects of this experiment, and the pregnant women were divided into two groups according to the principle of random assignment, with the study group using psychological intervention treatment for pregnant women and the control group using conventional health education and other intervention methods to compare the changes in their sleep and psychological conditions after receiving the intervention treatment. After the completion of the experiment, the psychological status of the two groups was evaluated, and the psychological status of both groups improved, but the research group was significantly better than the second group[1]. Therefore, it was concluded that psychological intervention therapy has a positive therapeutic effect on the treatment of insomnia in pregnant women in early and mid-term pregnancy, has a positive effect on the regulation of psychological stress in pregnant women, and can effectively improve the sleep quality of pregnant women by improving the psychological state of patients during pregnancy. It is worthwhile to further investigate it clinically and further improve the psychological treatment intervention methods in the continuous investigation, in order to provide better medical services for pregnant women in early and middle pregnancy, and to escort the health of patients and the healthy development of fetus[2].
