• Abstract:

  Leadership is an important aspect of college students' comprehensive quality. In order to adapt to the trend of globalization, informationization and economic integration, college students' leadership education is not only in line with the quality education advocated by the state, but also in line with their own development requirements. This paper understands the current situation of leadership education of college students, analyzes the influencing factors of leadership of college students, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve leadership quality.
