  • Abstract:

    In order to ensure the safe operation of electrical relay protection equipment, an embedded automatic alarm system for electrical relay protection equipment is designed. In terms of hardware, data acquisition module and CAN controller are designed. In terms of software, the device monitoring model is built with embedded technology as the core. By calculating the information dimension and correlation dimension, the included characteristic parameters of relay protection are extracted. The explicit fault of equipment operation is identified by Fourier algorithm, and then the hidden fault is identified by measuring the electrical quantity of the locking element and the electrical quantity of the station area protection. Through the automatic alarm module, the alarm information corresponding to the fault problem is generated. The system test results show that the response time of the proposed system is kept below 1s and has good real-time performance.
