  • Abstract:

The talents of logistics enterprises in the era of digital transformation should be cross-border talents with new technology concepts, innovative talents with a sense of change, and strategic talents with a sense of social responsibility. In the face of the digital transformation of enterprises, there are problems in the talent training of traditional logistics enterprises in colleges and universities that are disconnected from demand, application and enterprises. The talent training of logistics enterprises needs to integrate resources inside and outside the school, build a cross-border training model integrating digital technology and business, conduct in-depth cooperation with digital technology enterprises in production, teaching and research, and build a logistics curriculum system based on digital ability training, The innovation and entrepreneurship activities of digital technology drive the training of logistics enterprise talents.
