  • Abstract:

     Objective: To investigate the mechanical properties of phosphogypsum concrete, and to investigate the changes of mechanical parameters of concrete under different phosphogypsum admixtures. Methods: Based on the C30 grade concrete proportioning, single-factor tests were used to investigate the effect of different phosphogypsum yields on the mechanical properties of concrete, based on which admixtures were added to improve the phosphogypsum mortar proportioning and concrete frost resistance tests were carried out. Combined with the neural network model, a fine view model of concrete was constructed to predict the macroscopic mechanical properties of phosphogypsum concrete. Results: With the increase of phosphogypsum production, the mechanical properties of concrete gradually decreased, and the 28d compressive strength of concrete decreased by 13.3% and 4.5% respectively compared with the compressive strength of the reference group. Conclusion: The mechanical properties of concrete can be improved by reducing the fineness of phosphogypsum and adding mineral admixtures.
