    Due to the direct relationship between customer loyalty and the performance and survival of enterprises, establishing customer loyalty has become increasingly important in the fiercely competitive market environment. This article briefly explains the definition of customer assets, analyzes the importance of customer assets in the marketing of small and medium-sized enterprises, proposes a marketing strategy centered on customer assets, and explains how to establish customer loyalty and satisfaction by providing excellent customer experiences. Through these measures, the enterprise will strengthen its connection with customers, meet their personalized needs, continuously optimize customer experience, establish a fast and efficient response mechanism, strengthen interaction and communication with customers, enhance customer trust in the enterprise, thereby increasing sales and revenue, and achieving commercial success.
