  • Abstract:

     At present, the traditional irrigation mode usually adopts the manual control of valves, which is too dependent on manual work and lacks the prediction of crop water demand, resulting in poor irrigation control. In this regard, an adaptive fuzzy PID-based precision irrigation control method for agricultural water conservation is proposed. Firstly, we analyze the fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy, complete the fuzzy subset and fuzzy rule fuzzification design, then predict the water demand of different irrigation areas by calculating the crop evapotranspiration, and finally build the precise irrigation process. In the experiments, the control performance of the proposed method is verified. The verification of the experimental results shows that the proposed method has a shorter search time for the optimal adaptation of the algorithm and has a more stable control performance when the proposed method is used for precision control of irrigation equipment.
