  • Abstract:

    The current conventional office automation system has low system operation efficiency due to storing the database locally. In this regard, the design method of cross-regional office automation system based on cloud computing is proposed. In terms of hardware, the frequency transmitting and receiving circuits are increased to improve the system's response speed for signal transmission and reception. On the software side, the server of the office system is deployed in the cloud platform, developed with JAVA lightweight framework, and the PID controller is used to integrate and control the office equipment. In the experiments, the proposed approach is verified for practical performance. Finally, the results from the functional tests show that the office automation system built with the proposed method has a lower transmission delay and the system operates more efficiently.
