  • Abstract:

This article discusses the concept, design model, implementation and management, advantages and challenges of applying blended teaching methods in vocational labor education courses in the context of the Internet of Things. Firstly, an overview of blended learning methods was introduced, which combines online learning and face-to-face teaching to provide more flexible and diverse learning methods. Secondly, the importance of designing blended learning models was explored, including determining learning objectives, selecting appropriate teaching resources and tools, and developing teaching plans. Then, the implementation and management of blended learning were analyzed, including providing technical support and equipment, teacher training and support, and monitoring student learning progress. Finally, the advantages of blended learning were summarized, such as improving learning effectiveness and participation, as well as the challenges faced, such as technical requirements and cultivating students' autonomous learning abilities. By studying the practice and application of blended teaching methods, effective teaching models and methods can be provided for vocational labor education in the context of the Internet of Things.
