- Abstract:
Vocational college teachers are an important source of high-level technical and skilled talents, an important force in promoting social and economic development and enhancing national competitiveness, and an important guarantee for the cultivation of technical and skilled talents. Improving the scientific research and innovation ability of vocational college teachers is an inherent requirement for promoting the reform and development of vocational education and serving the regional economic and social development. It is also an important way to promote the long-term development of individual teachers and schools, and improve the overall scientific research and innovation ability of schools. However, currently, there are problems in the evaluation of scientific research innovation ability of vocational college teachers in terms of evaluation content, evaluation subjects, evaluation standards, evaluation indicators, etc. Starting from three aspects of evaluation content, evaluation subject, and evaluation criteria, this paper proposes strategies for improving the evaluation system of scientific research innovation ability of vocational college teachers, in order to provide reference for the improvement of scientific research innovation ability of vocational college teachers.
