• Abstract:

  Under the background of the digital economy, Henan Province takes digital industrialization and industrial digitalization as the main line, cultivates industrial innovation with the digital economy as the core, and vigorously promotes the deep integration and development of digital technology and the real economy so as to further accelerate the transformation of traditional industries. Since 2019, Henan Province has been affected by the novel coronavirus. Under the strong and effective control of economic development by the government, the overall economy of Henan Province has maintained a healthy and sustainable development trend. In 2021, the Henan provincial government attaches great importance to science, technology, and innovation and sets up a Science and Technology Innovation Committee, which takes the implementation of innovation-driven science and education to revitalize the province and talent to strengthen the province as the "ten strategies". However, there are still some problems in the process of deploying the innovation chain around the industrial chain and laying out the industrial chain around innovation. Based on the onion model, this paper analyzes the coupling of the innovation chain and the industrial chain in Henan Province and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
