    The evaluation indexes of government procurement programs are not uniform and have diversity, so the evaluation time of government procurement programs is longer.Therefore, a method of evaluation of government procurement programs under the background of big data is designed.Select government procurement program evaluation indicators, use the hierarchical-gray correlation analysis method to determine the weight of the evaluation indicators, and calculate the efficiency of the procurement program through the four aspects of the procurement program budget review savings rate, program fund saving rate, program procurement fund utilization rate, and procurement concentration degree This completes the evaluation of the government procurement plan in the context of big data.Experiments show that in the evaluation of the three government procurement schemes, the evaluation method of this design is shorter than the traditional evaluation method of product design schemes based on user's perceptual needs and the group decision-making method of design schemes based on hesitant fuzzy PROMETHEE II The evaluation method of the government procurement plan designed this time has a good evaluation effect.
