  • Abstract:

    This article studies and designs a power customer service voice message platform based on FPGA, which realizes related service modules such as electricity bill information inquiry, digital voice conversion, and business inquiry. In voice interaction mode, power customers make SMS service calls, and the service platform workstation replies to customer information through digital calls. The platform also sets up conditions for voice answering status recognition, calls relevant business modules based on customer needs, and completes the sending of customer response information. Experimental results have shown that the platform has good service performance, high speech recognition accuracy, and high customer satisfaction with the service platform. The innovation of this platform lies in the use of FPGA technology to achieve speech recognition and response functions, which improves the processing speed and reliability of the platform.
