• Abstract:

  With the rapid development of information technology and the vigorous development of the Internet industry, Internet plus higher education has become an important direction of modern education reform. However, traditional education models face challenges that cannot meet the talent needs of the internet industry. Therefore, designing a set of excellent talent training programs that adapt to the Internet era has become particularly important. This paper puts forward a plan design for cultivating outstanding talents in Internet plus higher education. This program is based on the student-centered educational philosophy, and through the integration of education and technology, diverse learning experiences, and other means, it has designed specific measures such as optimizing curriculum design, strengthening practical teaching, strengthening mentor system, constructing internship bases, interdisciplinary cross training, and supporting innovation and entrepreneurship to promote the development of students' practical ability, innovation ability, and comprehensive quality, Provide an effective path for cultivating more high-quality talents in the internet industry.
