    In the context of the big data era, the data of the cloud accounting financial sharing center is more complicated, and the low sampling rate of effective information has always been the main factor restricting its development. This paper proposes a data sampling modeling method for cloud sampling financial sharing center. Through the establishment of factors and evaluation system will effectively share the financial center of economic data aggregation for the financial accounting cloud data stream; two data packets by logical analysis and static analysis tree analysis, quantification theory, and ultimately extract data sampling. Experimental studies have shown that the design of effective information extraction rate financial center information sampling model increased 47.5%, overall extraction rate increased by 28%, has obvious advantages.
