    This study explores the challenges and solutions faced by enterprises in data management, technical accuracy, and interpersonal relationships. Propose measures to strengthen data protection in response to the increasingly prominent issues of data protection and privacy security. In response to the need to improve technical accuracy and reduce error rates, it is recommended to strengthen data quality management and continuously optimize algorithms. Meanwhile, for the optimization of interpersonal relationships within the enterprise, it is recommended to focus on employee participation and communication, balancing data-driven and human factors. By integrating these strategies, enterprises can improve data accuracy, optimize decision-making processes, enhance personnel engagement and satisfaction, thereby promoting sustainable development of the enterprise.
