• Abstract:

  The development of social work in the era of big data has ushered in new opportunities and challenges. The application of big data concepts and methods can play an important role in promoting the professionalization, scientificization, and refinement of social work. The integration of information technology with big data as the core and social work can not only improve the quality of social work development, but also promote innovation in social governance and services, further optimizing the social governance system. In this regard, measures should be taken to improve the construction level of professional talent teams, strengthen training on the application ability of big data, improve data open sharing mechanisms, and strengthen information security protection to promote the deep integration of big data and social work, help big data empower high-quality development of social work, and meet the new expectations of the people for a better life in the new era.
