  • Title: Physical fitness training intensity adjustment method based on Internet of things
  • Name: Bob Benson
  • Company: Moscow State Lomonosov University, Moscow Russia
  • Abstract:

The traditional physical strength training intensity adjustment method has high cost and large adjustment error. To solve this problem, a new method of modulating one fitness training based on the strength of things. Analyzes the structure adjustment method, describes the adjustment principles. It gives the work flow adjustment methods. By comparison with conventional adjustment methods, the working effects of the verification process. Experimental results show that this method is low cost, small errors in adjustment. This study has important implications for fitness training.
