  • Abstract:

    With the widespread application of big data technology in the field of education, the evaluation of teaching quality of ideological and political theory courses in application-oriented undergraduate universities is facing new opportunities and challenges. This article explores the construction of an applied undergraduate ideological and political theory course teaching quality evaluation system based on big data technology, in order to address the limitations of traditional evaluation methods and provide a more comprehensive and objective evaluation of teaching quality. Firstly, the importance of teaching quality evaluation in improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education was elaborated, and a detailed framework was proposed for constructing an evaluation system based on big data. In addition, specific paths to improve teaching quality have been proposed, including optimizing teaching content, innovating teaching methods, enhancing teacher capabilities, and increasing student participation, contributing to the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses in applied undergraduate universities.
