- Abstract:
With the rapid development of technology, the application of artificial intelligence technology in construction project management is becoming increasingly widespread, providing new solutions for improving management efficiency and risk control capabilities. Therefore, this article explores the efficiency improvement and risk control strategies of construction project management under the theory of artificial intelligence. Firstly, the necessity of introducing artificial intelligence technology into construction project management was introduced, and the applications of artificial intelligence in intelligent planning and design, intelligent construction management, intelligent quality control, intelligent safety monitoring, and intelligent cost management were elaborated in detail. Subsequently, strategies for improving the efficiency of construction project management based on artificial intelligence were proposed, including intelligent decision support systems, automated and intelligent construction processes, data-driven management optimization, and the integration of artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things. Through risk identification and assessment, intelligent warning systems, risk response and emergency management, and other risk control measures, the efficiency of construction project management and risk control capabilities can be improved.
