  • Abstract:

In the context of the current era of economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology, known as the digital intelligence age, digital intelligence technologies, represented by big data, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things, have become the focal points for economic development. The demand for digital and intelligent innovative talents in the labor market continues to increase. As the "main front" for talent cultivation, higher education institutions have made the deepening of college-enterprise cooperation models a key pathway to enhance the quality of talent cultivation and empower talent innovation. This study explores how digital intelligence can empower college-enterprise cooperation models and analyzes its role in improving the quality of talent cultivation. By constructing a "College-Enterprise Talent Big Data Platform", this research aims to achieve resource sharing, information exchange, intelligent matching, and highly collaborative interactions between colleges and enterprises. It provides insights into the mechanisms for improving talent cultivation quality and proposes strategies to optimize college-enterprise cooperation models, offering considerations for the development of higher education.
