• Abstract:

  In today's informationization era, database technology, as a core means of information management and processing, has become increasingly important. In the context of the construction of first-class undergraduate majors, the establishment of a set of scientific and reasonable database course cluster is the key to cultivate high-quality and high-level talents. In this paper, we will take database as an example to explore the construction and exploration of course cluster system in the context of first-class undergraduate major construction. Firstly, it analyzes the requirements of first-class undergraduate majors for database course clusters, including discipline intersection and integration, practical ability cultivation, technology development trend and innovation spirit cultivation. Then it puts forward the construction direction of database course cluster system, including basic course setting, specialized course expansion, practical course supporting and elective course enrichment. Finally, the exploration and practice of database course cluster system are introduced, including teaching method innovation, practical teaching reform, faculty construction and course evaluation improvement. Through these measures, it aims to promote the continuous improvement of database course system and cultivate more excellent database professionals.
