  • Abstract:

    Carrot cultivation area in China is vast. In today's modernisation and mechanisation of agriculture, carrot as an important cash crop, but in the harvesting process of high labour costs, low efficiency, and difficult to adapt to a variety of terrain. To solve this difficulty. An efficient carrot harvester is designed through the Wise Fish Creative Model. The harvester consists of pneumatic pressure adjustable flexible clamping track device, clean auxiliary clamping device, stem and leaf crushing device, crank rocker type vibrating screen device, intelligent collection device, and control system of six parts. Under the coordination of these six devices, carrots can be easily pulled out, cleaned without damage and harvested efficiently. It can solve the problem of leakage and damage in the harvesting process. Promote the development of agricultural mechanisation and rural revitalisation.
