  • Abstract:

In today's society, with the continuous increase in people's attention to postpartum health and the widespread application of big data technology, it is of great practical significance to explore the significance of health preservation techniques resources for postpartum rehabilitation and the ways of resource sharing. Therefore, this article studies the significance and resource sharing pathways of health preservation techniques resources for postpartum rehabilitation in the big data environment. By elaborating on the connotation, types, and application of big data in the management of health practice resources, this article deeply analyzes the important significance of health practice resources in postpartum physiological rehabilitation, psychological rehabilitation, and lifestyle adjustment. At the same time, it reveals the problems of uneven quality, lack of integration, and insufficient personalized recommendations in current resource sharing. On this basis, a series of shared approaches and strategies have been proposed, providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for optimizing the allocation of health practice resources and improving postpartum rehabilitation effects.
