  • Abstract:

Information technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to physical education teaching. Through personalized teaching, interactivity and participation, real-time feedback and incentive mechanisms, students' interest in learning can be effectively stimulated. Meanwhile, through continuous learning and self-improvement, teamwork and social interaction, and the cultivation of long-term interests, students' interest in sports learning can be further developed. Physical education teaching from the perspective of informatization can not only improve teaching effectiveness, but also cultivate students' self-learning ability and teamwork ability, providing strong support for their comprehensive development.
