• Abstract:

  With the rapid development of China's healthcare industry and the increasing demand for grassroots medical talents, the employment intentions of medical students and their grassroots employment issues have become a focus of social attention. Therefore, this article explores the employment intentions of medical students and the influencing factors of their employment at the grassroots level through big data analysis. Firstly, the main characteristics of medical students' employment intentions, factors affecting grassroots employment, and the application of big data analysis in employment research were summarized. Subsequently, in-depth analysis was conducted on the employment intentions and influencing factors of medical students using methods such as questionnaire surveys, data mining, and machine learning. The research results indicate that the employment intention of medical students is influenced by various factors such as personal, family, and society, while the attractiveness and obstacles of grassroots employment mainly focus on job stability, career development opportunities, salary and benefits. Through big data analysis, the overall characteristics of medical students' employment intentions have been revealed, and policy recommendations to promote grassroots employment of medical students have been proposed, providing data support and theoretical basis for relevant departments to formulate employment policies for medical students.
