• Abstract:

  With the rapid development of digital technology and the rise of digital transformation, information technologies, such as big data and cloud computing, are gradually being applied in the field of finance and accounting. Digitization has brought many challenges and opportunities to the finance and accounting industry. The traditional talent training model for finance and accounting is difficult to adapt to the complex digital economy and satisfy the needs of enterprises, therefore the training model in applied undergraduate colleges urgently needs to be reformed, and the organic combination of finance and intelligence has become the trend. This article aims to analyze the problems in the training mode of accounting talents in applied universities in the era of digitization, explore how applied undergraduate colleges can reform the training mode under the background of digitization transformation, and propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the training mode in the era of digitization.
