  • Abstract:

Traditional methods are mostly based on static comparisons of single patent texts or technical features, making it difficult to capture the correlations and dynamic changes among patents. Therefore, a dynamic assessment method for patent infringement risk based on graph correlation networks is designed. The patent infringement risk chain problem is transformed into a weighted directed graph model in graph theory. Patent infringement risk cases and their relationships are represented by nodes and edges. The graph structure is described by using the adjacency matrix. The classical calculation method in FTA analysis is adopted to solve the probability importance of risk cases. The expert scoring is combined with the random forest weighting method. Revise and assess the importance of risky cases. The experimental results show that the proposed method has a minimum evaluation time of 44 ms, can effectively reflect the actual situation, assess the patent infringement risk level more truly, and has good credibility.
