  • Abstract:

In order to improve the accuracy of heavy metal pollutant concentration detection, a portable differential pulse voltammetry electrochemical instrument was designed based on single-chip microcomputer STM32F407ZGT6. The electric circuit generating waveform is simplified by means of the large-capacity storage of the single-chip microcomputer and the look-up table method, so as to improve the precision of the electric current. and the T-type negative feedback amplifier circuit is designed to reduce the interference of the amplifier circuit's own temperature drift on the detection result. The upper computer program is designed on Android system to improve the expansibility, portability and usability of the instrument. Copper ion (Cu2+) solution was used in the experiment. The experiment results show that this instrument has high linearity (R2 = 0.9959) and good repeatability (RSD< 2%). Compared with the standard concentration solution, the average absolute error is 0.76 μg/L, the relative average error is 2.87%, and the relative average deviation is 0.48%. The precision of measurement is high, which can meet the demand of practical applications.
